What is Hot Yoga ?
Hot Yoga is a collection of yoga styles practiced in a heated room with temperature between 85 – 105 degrees Fahrenheit. Mostly classes are held in an elevated humid room.
The heated rooms encourage sweating, which detoxifies the body, burn calories, improves flexibility, reduces stress, improves blood circulation and also improves the overall fitness of one being.
Why Heated Rooms ?
The heated and humid room helps the body to release toxins by activating the lymphatic system, and increases the blood circulation which helps with the organs metabolic process. In addition it also increases the heart rate which elevates the metabolism and cardiovascular activity resulting in weight loss and toning of the body.
